DESCRIPTION:Catalyst Kitchens’ signature Train the Trainer Workshop provides a community of practice for members and allies working with individuals with barriers to employment. Send your chefs\, cooks\, trainers\, instructors\, case managers\, program managers\, and employment specialists at all experience levels. This workshop includes a series of professional development sessions spread over two months\, and a post-workshop session to help members implement what they have learned. This learner-centered workshop will cover program design\, learning and training strategies\, assessment tools\, feedback and communication\, staff alignment to trainee progression\, and building employer relationships.
