We are ecstatic to have them co-hosting one of our 2024 Regional Summits. The event will show off their culinary\, workforce development\, and social enterprise operations. \nWe will learn from the teams and partners how they approach program design\, especially for Chicago’s west side\, including those who are unsheltered\, justice-impacted\, and at risk of long-term joblessness.  We will hear from each program how they wrap their learning around their unique buildings and social enterprise environments. This unique regional summit will also wrap-around into the weekend\, where we will build a cohort of Catalyst Kitchens members and staff to attend the National Restaurant Show on the 18th-20th at McCormick Place. \nDay 1 will run from 4PM to 8PM\, and including a welcome session and an evening social event at the Hatchery. \nDay 2 will run from 8:30AM to 6PM\, and include breakfast\, lunch\, and a happy hour hosted at Inspiration Kitchens. \nDay 3 will be hosted at an employer partner location near the Restaurant Show\, and go from 9AM to 12PM before we head to the show. \nWe are working with the teams at both organizations to build an engaging and enriching event that will be valuable to all that attend. Be on the lookout for a draft agenda in March\, and the final agenda in April. \nIf you work for a member organization\, this event is free for you! Please ensure you have the discount code before registering\, found here on our website.
