Catalyst Kitchens Southwest Regional Summit 2024 – Phoenix, AZ

UMOM is a Model Member in the Catalyst Kitchens network, and a leader in the combination of job training, social enterprise, and services for unsheltered women and families. We are ecstatic to have them hosting one of our 2024 Regional Summits. The event will show off their culinary, workforce development, housing, and social enterprise operations.

We will learn from their team and partners how they approach program design, especially for programs serving women and survivors, the ways their housing and other social service programs allow them to amplify the impact of their workforce development efforts. As a network, we will also dive into topics relevant to all members, such as recruiting, funding, post-pandemic strategy, and more. This unique regional summit will also lead into potential attendance at another conference for Les Dames d’Escoffier International, where we will build a cohort of Catalyst Kitchens members and staff to attend potentially present on our model of work and the impact of our collective missions on women in the culinary and hospitality fields.

Day 1 will run from 8:30AM to 6PM, and include breakfast, lunch, and an evening social event.

Day 2 will run from 8:30AM to 12PM, and include breakfast and lunch.

We are working with the team at UMOM to build an engaging and enriching event that will be valuable to all that attend. Be on the lookout for a draft agenda in August, and the final agenda in September.
