Catalyst Kitchens Northeast Regional Summit 2024 – Hartford, CT

Forge City Works is one of the fastest-growing and most innovative members of the Catalyst Kitchens network, having expanded in recent years to include a fine dining restaurant and network-first social enterprise grocery store. We are ecstatic to have them hosting one of our 2024 Regional Summits. The event will show off their culinary, workforce development, and social enterprise operations.

We will learn from their team and partners how they approach program design, especially for low income populations, and they are pushing themselves as an innovator in the food system beyond just employment and the culinary arts. As a network, we will also dive into topics relevant to all members, such as recruiting, funding, post-pandemic strategy, and more.

Day 1 will run from 8:30AM to 6PM, and include breakfast, lunch, and an evening social event.

Day 2 will run from 8:30AM to 1PM, and include breakfast and lunch.

We are working with the team at Forge City Works to build an engaging and enriching event that will be valuable to all that attend. Be on the lookout for a draft agenda in June, and the final agenda in July.
