Trauma Informed Kitchens Workshop – Chicago

Trauma-Informed Kitchens is a workshop for chefs, trainers, and hospitality employer partners who want to strengthen the culture of their kitchens. Participants will learn practical strategies to create safer and more supportive environments, while building a set of resources they can apply directly in their kitchens. Grounded in the principles of safety, trust, choice, and empowerment, this workshop provides tools to better support staff, respond to challenges, and foster a healthier, more sustainable work environment.

 

Trauma Informed Kitchens Workshop Interest Form

This interest form is for the Trauma Informed Kitchens workshop Catalyst Kitchens will be hosting in Chicago on May 14-15th, 2026, with co-host Silver Fork (Center on Halsted). We are seeking sponsorship to lower the cost of registration, or even to keep it free, and at this time this form will serve as a placeholder for registration until we can formally issue tickets through the Humanitix website.
