Supporters, future members, and partners – we have exciting news! Thanks to the support of our many donors and the collaborative efforts of our members, we have five exciting opportunities rolling out for 2026 for all our member programs and staff. In total, we have the potential to impact more than 40 of our member programs, and 150 of their staff, plus we will be giving away $200,000 in grants in addition to more than $100,000 in free technical assistance across all the projects.

Train the Trainer 2.0 Curriculum Accelerator
Goal:
Improve our members’ job training program structure, teaching practices, and results for their populations served.
Benefits:
3 staff per member, enrolled for 9 months of program work, 3-5 hours per month.
Curriculum restructuring, lesson planning, kitchen and program integration, organizational culture building, and individual coaching.
Opportunities to travel and visit another member site with a model teaching program.
Social Enterprise Accelerator
Goal:
Help our members to launch, grow, or expand a social enterprise.
Benefits:
3 staff per member, enrolled for 9 months of program work, 3-5 hours per month.
Business plan, marketing plan, fundraising integration, and individual coaching on their business strategy and program integration.
Opportunities to travel and visit another member site with an active social enteprise as a model.
Hunger Relief to Career Pathways Accelerator
Goal:
Expand our member hunger relief impact while better integrating job training programming into those production lines.
Benefits:
3 staff per member, enrolled for 18 months of program work (9 months active learning and coaching), 3-5 hours per month.
3 site visits with paid travel – two to all-cohort gatherings, one individual learning trip for each member organization to visit another member.
$20,000 grant to the organization to support their goals and plans.
Catalyst Kitchens Leadership Exchange and Growth Lab
Goal:
Support current and future leaders within our network, building individual skills and community-wide resilience to tackle the challenges of the culinary and nonprofits worlds.
Benefits:
Up to 50 staff enrolled for 9 months of individual coaching, leadership development, and peer-to-peer mentoring.
Opportunities to travel and attend in-person convenings of the Leadership Exchange community.
General Technical Assistance Open Request for Proposal, Sponsored by Toast.org
Goal:
Meet the individual needs of our member organizations, helping with projects unique to different programs, and either solving problems, providing resources, or building something new.
Benefits:
Dependent on member needs and proposals, but potentially including:
Virtual assistance, member-to-member site visits, resources, expert consultants, and partner connections
