Emma’s Torch is a social enterprise that provides culinary training and job placement services to refugees, asylees, and survivors of human trafficking. We offer an 11-week, fully paid culinary training program which includes 5 weeks of classroom education with six weeks of on-the-job training in one of our social enterprises.  We are based in Brooklyn New York, and have recently expanded to the DC Metro area.
