Propel Kitchens is a minority-led non-profit community kitchen collaborative, created in partnership with multiple organizations and agencies in St. Louis. Propel Kitchens is designed to utilize food service training and nutrition education initiatives as tools to help those who reside in economically oppressed communities to overcome barriers to achieve viable employment, health and equity in their lives. The Propel Kitchens collaborative includes three existing mission-based kitchens and a new 4500 sq. ft. fully-equipped commercial training kitchen that will serve as the hub operation.
