Nourish Kitchens offers, culinary education and an entreprenuership accelerator to community members experiencing homelessness and or leaving incarceration. Students can expect a highly equipped teaching kitchen environment, network of local volunteer teaching chefs as well as staff Chef/Trainers to help them develop both the soft skills and culinary acumen to be succesful in the food business and beyond. Students are also offered an opportunity to develop an entrprenuerial mindset, Nourish Kitchens utilizes curricullum designed by the Entreprenuerial Learning Initiative and a Food Truck platform to train people and to launch dreams.
